Scope of works:
The Waikeria Corrections and Treatment Facility will deliver accommodation for 500 prisoners, along with a world-class secure mental health unit providing care for additional prisoners; CPB Contractors will design and construct the new facility
SH1/Tarewa Interchange Section Improvement

Scope of works:
The SH1/Tarewa Road intersection upgrade improves traffic flow and safety. It also improves safety for those walking and cycling with a shared path under the new bridge and signalised pedestrian crossings providing important links to Whangārei Hospital, Northland Polytech and the CBD.
Abu Dhabi Airport Interchange and Airport Region Road Network

ROLE: CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
Scope of works: This new road network connects the new airport terminal (being built simultaneously) to the Abu Dhabi-Shahama (E10) highway. It provides direct access to and from the terminal towards Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and Al Ain. The E10 was widened from four to five lanes in both directions for 8 km. The scope included the construction of the Airport interchange through four bridges (totalling 4.8 km), an underpass and overpass, a stormwater pump station and drainage works, lighting, and traffic lights. The structures are 49 spans cast-in situ post-tensioned box girder and a three-span bridge pre-tensioned I beam girder.
Improvement of the 5th Industrial Intersection Sharjah (Emirates Road) Sheikh Khalifa Interchange & Al Dhaid Interchange

Scope of works:
A project to improve the Emirates Road corridor at the 5th industrial junction and meet expected traffic demand. The scope of works included constructing two interchange bridges (78-span cast-in situ post-tensioned box girder bridge) and four underpasses.
